Biography

Anitha Menedal is an Associate professor at KMEA College of Architecture, Aluva. Her interests include Architectural pedagogy, History of Architecture. Before joining KMEA COA, she worked as an architect in Bangalore, working on Corporate interiors. She has worked for an MNC in Indore for a brief period of time specialising in Mainframes. Her teaching career started in 2014. She joined for her Masters degree in 2015.

Teaching

Anitha started her teaching career in 2014 at ASADI, Vytilla, Ernakulam. Worked part time at Holy Crescent College of Architecture during 2015-2017. She has been with KMEA College of Architecture since 2017, Joined as an Assistant professor. She teaches History of Architecture, Building Materials and Technology, Architectural Tourism, Cost Effective Technology in Building Construction and Architectural design.

Experience

Anitha is partner founder of T4 Architecture studio, focusing on projects including Landscape, Interiors and Residential projects. She has around six years of teaching experience. She has been involved in few organisational activities. She had been coordinating Examination duties, PR duties at the College. She is at present coordinating in Admin duties.
