Biography

Mrs.  Fathima Shahin is an Assistant Professor at KMEA College of Architecture, Aluva .She is a registered civil engineer under department of urban affairs. Upon completion of her Bachelors degree in civil engineering at KMEA engineering college, she joined for her Masters in construction engineering and management at Toc H institute of science and technology. She involved in a pilot project under kerala government regarding water treatment during her masters.

Teaching

Fathima Shahin started her teaching career at KMEA College of Architecture in 2021 and has been teaching Theory of Structures and Architectural graphics for semester 1 and 2.

Published a paper in sustainability, agri, food and environmental research

• A review on strength characteristics of concrete in corporating sugarcane bagasse ash

Published two papers in International Journal of creative research thoughts

• Treatment of greywater using corncobs
• A review on the pozzolanic performance of sugarcane bagasse ash
